JAIPUR: Vehicular traffic took a hit at several places here due to VVIP movement for the India Conference on Presiding officers of state assemblies. The traffic moved at a snail’s pace at Rambagh Circle, Ambedkar Circle, and Janpath. Vehicles coming from C-Scheme and heading towards the Shehkar Bhawan faced a similar ordeal due to traffic flowing at a slow speed.
