5 Die In 2 Accidents In Bikaner, Churu Dists | Jaipur News
Jaipur: Five persons were killed and four others injured in two separate accidents in Bikaner and Churu districts on Monday evening. Police said two bikes collided near Sridungargarh in Bikaner district on Monday evening in which three youths were killed. “None of them was wearing helmets and sustained grave head injuries,” said police.
The deceased were identified as Narayan Singh, Motiram and Takhat Singh. “Narayan Singh died on the spot while Motiram and Takhat Singh succumbed on the way to a hospital,” the officer added.
One person identified as Dungarram is critical and is undergoing treatment at trauma centre of a government hospital. The matter came to light at 10.30pm on Monday.
“All of them were profusely bleeding and with the help of ambulances, they were taken to a nearby hospital,” the officer added.
In another accident, two bus passengers from Jhunjhunu to Churu were killed in a head-on collision with a fire tender near the sleeper factory on Bisau road in Churu. “Two persons died and four were injured,” said an officer. TNN
