Street Dog Killed In City, Fir Lodged | Jaipur News
Jaipur: In a disturbing incident, four men have been accused of throwing a street dog out of a building in Chitrakoot, resulting in the animal’s death on Saturday.
Animal activist Laj Jain on Saturday filed an FIR at the Chitrakoot police station against the unnamed accused. “We also have a video of the grisly crime. These men threw the dog from the stairs due to which the animal died a painful death,” she said, adding that the dog was brutally killed and there was blood all over the place.
“The dog’s intestine came out in the incident,” she said. Police said that the accused threw the dog from their building’s balcony. It was impaled by irons railings and landed on a neighbour’s terrace.
Police have filed a case of animal cruelty against the accused. Initial investigation revealed that the accused lived in a rented apartment.
