Jaghina Murder Case: Police Make 10th Arrest | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Making 10th arrest in the gangster Kuldeep Jaghina murder case, the Bharatpur police on Friday arrested a person involved in the firing incident of Amoli toll plaza at the RSRTC bus. The accused was arrested from Shahjanpur in Madhya Pradesh and he got injured when he attempted to jump off from the vehicle carrying him, police said.

Mridul Kachawa, superintendent of police, Bharatpur said that various teams were working on this case. “On Thursday, three main accused had surrendered before us as we had left no options for them. Now, we have arrested the accused identified as Robin who was among the group of shooters that indulged in the firing on the RSRTC bus and killed Jaghina.” Police had announced a reward of Rs 50,000 on the accused.
Kachawa added that when the police team were bringing him to Bharatpur via Dholpur, the accused insisted to stop the vehicle as he claimed he had an urge for attending natures’ call. “As the vehicle stopped, Robin started running on the road and also pushed a constable. Suddenly while running he got hit by a boulder on the road and fell down. He sustained injury on his right leg and was taken to the hospital at 1.30am and was given the required medication,” he added. In this case police had initially arrested six accused identified as Saurabh, Vishnu, Bablu, Dharm Raj, Aman Deep and Kuldeep. On Thursday the other accused identified as Lokesh, Pankaj and Devendra had surrendered and were arrested. “Till date 10 persons have been arrested for murder, attack and criminal conspiracy,” the SP added. tnn
