JAIPUR: A 39-year-old woman was allegedly gang-raped by a hotel manager and a guest in Pratap Nagar police station area.
According to the report, the rape survivor was served a cold drink laced with alcohol, which left her in an intoxicated state. In the vulnerable condition, she was sexually assaulted by both the hotel manager and the guest.
The survivor further reported that when she resisted the assault, she faced abuse and threats. The main culprit is reportedly an acquaintance of the woman, who had on two earlier occasions invited her to the hotel for discussions. A police officer said, “The guest was from Gujarat. Investigation has been initiated on the victim’s complaint.”
