Jaipur: Justice MM Shrivastava has been made the acting chief justice of Rajasthan High Court after chief justice AG Masih was sworn in as a Supreme Court judge on Thursday.
This is the second time that Justice MM Shrivastava has been made the acting chief justice of the high court. It is noteworthy that the Supreme Court Collegium had sent a recommendation to the Central Government for the appointment of CJ AG Masih and two other CJs of other states as Supreme Court judges.TNN
