Jaisalmer: Union Jal Shakti minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said that all the schemes of the Central government have been derailed in Rajasthan. The Ashok Gahlot government has failed in implementing them in a proper way. He said that people have lost faith in Congress. The guarantees given by the Congress earlier have totally failed and there is no guarantee of the new guarantees.
He was addressing an election meeting in support of Pratap Puri from Pokhran constituency on Sunday.He reached Nachna by helicopter on Sunday where he was received by the BJP candidate Pratap Puri and other BJP officials and leaders. Shekhawat and Puri offered prayers at Lakshminarayan temple in Nachna and then they started the election campaign. tnn

German government unveils deal for Siemens Energy guarantees
The German government has agreed to provide guarantees worth 7.5 billion euros to support Siemens Energy in fulfilling its orderbook. This is part of a larger package of guarantees totaling 15 billion euros, with private banks and other stakeholders also contributing. As part of the deal, dividends and higher level bonuses will be paused. Private banks are expected to provide guarantees worth 12 billion euros, while Siemens Energy will seek another 3 billion from other sources. The agreement is conditional on the final approval of all parties involved.
