Abvp Bags Jhalawar, Shares Win With Nsui In Kota, Baran & Bundi | Jaipur News

Kota: The youth voters in 33 government colleges in Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar and Baran districts rejected Congress-backed National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) and chose to be led by BJP-RSS linked Akhil Bhartiya Vidhyarthi Parishad (ABVP) that lodged win in student union polls in 16 colleges and rural students’ federation won in 7 colleges limiting NSUI to 5 colleges while there were independent candidates in four colleges of the division.
Besides, independent candidate Ajay Pareta lodged victory on Kota University student union’s post defeating his nearest rival Antima Nagar of ABVP.
In Kota, gramin federation won maximum 4 of 11 presidential posts in government colleges while ABVP won 3 and NSUI and independents won 2 each.
ABVP swept all president posts in all the 8 colleges in Jhalawar district.
In Bundi, gramin federation and ABVP won two posts each out of five colleges while independent candidate won at one place.
