Alwar MP Balak Nath should be arrested for links with criminals: MLA Baljeet Yadav | Jaipur News

ALWAR: Launching a scathing attack, Behror Independent MLA Baljeet Yadav demanded arrest of Alwar MP Balak Nath for his links with goons.
Reacting to Balak Nath’s verbal spat with DSP Alwar Anand Rao over a firing incident, Yadav said, “I have proof that MP Balak Nath has given money to gangster Ramphal Gujjar involved in the firing on Vikram Gujjar in Behror Hospital on January 5. I have shared pictures of MP Balak Nath with gangsters showing his true character. I demand that he should be arrested, and the entire matter should be investigated by an officer of the level of ADGP Vigilance.”
He accused Balak Nath of harbouring the criminals and extending all possible support to them by carrying out criminal activities. “Sachin Meena, the prime accused in the firing on Vikram Gujjar alias Laden, told police that Balak Nath’s close aide met Rampal Gujjar, who is the mastermind behind the firing incident and handed over a packet of money to him. Balak Nath also spoke to Gujjar over his aide phone,” said Yadav.
He accused the aide of Balak Nath that they had used the MP’s official car to deliver the money to Ramphal Gujjar which he claimed can be corroborated by CCTV footage. “The evidence proves that Balak Nath is involved in the firing incident and the accused are known to him,” Yadav. Calling the police to take strict action against Balak Nath for threatening DSP, Yadav said the police should immediately register a case and the MP should be arrested. “The other accused in the firing case is also connected with Balak Nath. I have evidence of the same which I will submit to the police,” said Yadav. Behror police detained Nishant, Rajaram and Hitendra in connection with the firing on January 8. Balak Nath rushed to Behror police station alleging that police arrested innocent persons and engaged in a verbal spat.
