Animal: Riddhima Kapoor Sahani goes gaga over brother Ranbir, calls him ‘crazy talented human’

While on Animal, Triptii Dimri, who is currently basking on the super success of the movie, recently opened up about how her parents reacted to her intimate scenes with Ranbir Kapoor in the film.
Amid ‘Animal’s massive success, Ranbir Kapoor’s old interview about choosing his roles ‘consciously’ surfaces on social media
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Triptii shared that her parents were somewhat surprised and expressed that they hadn’t seen anything like it in films before. While it took them a while to move past that scene, Triptii noted that her parents were ultimately understanding and kind. She conveyed that her parents acknowledged their initial discomfort, saying, “You shouldn’t have done that, but it’s okay. As parents, we will obviously feel this.” Triptii emphasized to them that she wasn’t doing anything wrong; it’s her job, and as long as she feels comfortable and safe, she doesn’t see any problem with it.
Additionally, she emphasized that, as an actor, it is crucial for her to remain entirely truthful to the characters she portrays, and that’s precisely what she aimed to do.
Ealier in another interview, Triptii said that fortunately, in both cases, whether it was the rape scene in “Bulbull” or the ongoing project, the crew consistently ensured her comfort. They limited the on-set presence to no more than five people, including the director, the Director of Photography (DOP), and the actors. No one else was allowed on set, and all monitors were shut off. The approach was straightforward: ‘This is the scene we are doing. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, let us know. We’ll go at your pace,’ Triptii shared, as reported by Instant Bollywood.
She also shared that Ranbir kept checking up on her to see if she was comfortable during the scene.
