Arjun Rampal tests positive for Coronavirus; “I have isolated myself and home quarantined” | Hindi Movie News

Arjun Rampal is the latest Bollywood celebrity who has tested positive for COVID-19. The actor took to his Instagram handle and urged everyone who has come in contact with him in the past 10days to take necessary precautions. He wrote, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Even though I am asymptomatic, I have isolated myself and home quarantined, getting the needed medical care.

He also added, “I am following all the protocols as is required of me. To all those who have been in contact with me in the past 10 days, please take care and take the necessary precautions. This is a very scary time for us but if we are aware and wise for a short span of time, it will yield long term benefits. Together we can and we will fight corona”.

Earlier today Sonu Sood also tested positive for COVID-19 and is in quarantine at his Mumbai residence. When ETimes reached out to him, the actor shared that “Frankly speaking, the kind of work I have been doing to help the poor and needy, needs me to meet people and even travel, else that work will not happen. Wherever I went, there were several people waiting to meet me; I couldn’t avoid interacting with them. Of course, I have always worn a mask but this disease has no answers; it’s happening to many of those who have been very careful.”

Neil Nitin Mukesh also shared that he has tested positive for the virus. Taking to social media he wrote about taking the necessary precautions and added, “Inspite of all necessary precautions, including staying home, unfortunately, members of my family and I have tested positive for COVID-19. We are all home quarantined,following the essential protocols and taking medication as prescribed by our doctors. We thank all of you for you love and good wishes. Take care and stay safe!”
