Army: Army Truck Crushes 12-yr-old Boy | Jaipur News
Jaisalmer: An army truck crushed a 12-year-old boy while he was crossing a road, 25 km away from Jaisalmer district headquarters on the Jodhpur route from Jaisalmer. Sadar police reached the spot. The truck was seized and after necessary action, the boy’s body was handed over to his family.
SHO Manoj Samariya said that Bhairon Singh, a resident of Dediya village of Jodhpur, had come to his maternal grandparents’ house at Sanwara village in Jaisalmer. He got down from the bus and was crossing the road when the accident occurred, killing him on the spot.
Although the family members protested and refused to take the body, after persuasion they accepted the body. Police are investigating the case.
