Assessment Of Vocational Skills To Be Done: Secy | Jaipur News
Jaipur: Naveen Jain, secretary for school education, during a review meeting on Thursday instructed officials to conduct random third-party assessment at government schools to understand if students are properly learning vocational skills. The secretary was apprised that in 2015, the programme of vocational education was started in 70 schools in Rajasthan, which has reached about 2000 schools in 2022-23. In these schools, vocational trainers are appointed through private organizations to train the students of Classes 9-12 in various trades and job roles. In the meeting, officials also discussed to start courses for boys and girls in different districts of Rajasthan according to the conditions there.
