Bee: Bee Attack Claims Child’s Life In Barmer | Jaipur News
Jaisalmer: An 8-year-old boy died after being attacked by a swarm of bees at a village in Bhiyad area in Barmer district on Saturday.
Two brothers, aged 8 and 3, were playing in a field when the 8-year-old boy unintentionally approached a beehive, which led to the aggressive response from the bees. Upon hearing his cries for help, their mother rushed to the scene and promptly took him to the hospital. However, the child passed away en route to the hospital.
The incident occurred just a short time after their mother had posted a reel on Instagram featuring her two children playing.
According to accounts from local residents, the incident took place while Harish and his brother Gautam, residents of Bhakhari village, were engrossed in their playtime. Gautam managed to escape the bee attack and immediately sought refuge with his mother. However, Harish suffered the brunt of the bees’ aggression. tnn
