Sikar: Female Doctor Booked In Sikar For ‘duping’ Male Nurse Of ₹4l | Jaipur News
Jaipur: A male nurse has lodged a cheating case against a female doctor at Udyog Nagar police station in Sikar for duping Rs 4.45 lakh under the pretext of facilitating him in getting a government job at the community health centre. Police have registered a case and have initiated investigations into the matter.
According to police, the complainant male nurse Farooq Khan, said that he has been working at a private hospital in Sikar for the past 10 years. “He met the doctor identified as Pallavi Srivastav who was working in another hospital almost two years ago. She told Farooq Khan that she has good sources in the health department and can help him in getting a government job,” said a senior police officer while quoting the FIR on Sunday.
The woman asked him to pay Rs 5.50 lakh if he wished to get a government job. “Later, the complainant gave her the required amount. However, even after a couple of months the complainant did not get any call for examination or interview for a government job,” the officer added.
When the complainant repeatedly chased the doctor and asked her to return the money she returned only Rs 1.45 lakh. “We have registered a case under appropriate sections of IPC and initiated investigations,” the officer added.
