Jaipur: Social justice and empowerment minister Tikaram Jully informed the Assembly that the Jan Aadhaar card, PPO number of disabled pensioners, or UDID card of the central government can be used as a document to get facilities equivalent to those given to people in the BPL category.
He said there is no need for a BPL card for them to avail of the facilities.
Jully further said that orders have been issued to all the departments to consider the families of specially-abled people as equivalent to BPL, if any department refuses or objects to this, the complaint could be made to the social justice department. TNN
