Bsf: Bsf Detains Suspicious Man Near Pak Border | Jaipur News
Jaisalmer: A 22-year-old man detained by Border Security Force (BSF) jawans near the India-Pakistan border in Jaisalmer district on Tuesday evening was handed over to Ramgarh police station on Wednesday.
The man, who gave his name as Hanif and said he is a resident of Jhalria in the district, was found roaming suspiciously near the international border adjoining Shahgarh Bulj in Jaisalmer district. An examination of the mobile phone he uses found that he is connected with many WhatsApp groups of Pakistan.
Police said an investigation has started following suspicion that Hanif has links with Pakistani intelligence agencies. He allegedly deleted the photos and chats that had been posted in those WhatsApp groups soon after his detention, said sources.
