Cbi: Six Posing As Cbi Officers Arrested For Kidnapping A Person In Karauli | Jaipur News
JAIPUR: Karauli police on Thursday arrested six persons including a woman for allegedly kidnapping a person while posing as CBI officers. All the arrested are from various parts of Delhi.
Police said the gang used to first kidnap people and then demand money from their families. Police have also recovered two SUVs, fake IDs of CBI, police officers and journalists. The arrests comes a day after the accused while posing as CBI officers kidnapped a person from Mamchari police station area of Karauli.
According to police, at least six persons in two vehicles came to Meena Basti area under Mamchari police station area of Karauli at 2am on Wednesday “They kidnapped Shiv Singh and his wife Manisha who were sleeping outside in the courtyard of their house. As soon as the couple got up, the accused started thrashing them,” said an officer.
