Centre Promotes Its Health Plans, Praises Work Carried Out In State | Jaipur News
Jaipur: Wellness centres across the state will now be renamed as Ayushman Arogya Mandir. After the Centre’s direction, the health department has started changing the name of wellness centres.
The centre has issued more directions regarding proper implementation of its scheme, including Janaushadhi Kendra, Nikshay Mitrafor TB elimination and National Sickle Cell Anaemia Eradication programme, in the state.Arogyam Paramam Dhanam will also be written along with the names of wellness centre.
A senior health department official said that the Centre has reviewed health schemes and programmes sponsored by it in the state. The Centre has praised work done in the state in vaccination, tuberculosis prevention, increasing institutional birth of babies and improving child sex ratio.
The Centre told the state’s health department that the effect of good work done in the states is visible at the national level. He said that the Centre has launched PM-Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) to strengthen the infrastructure in the field of medicine. Under this mission, various projects being run in the state should be expedited and completed within the stipulated time so that the people can get the benefit of these health services as soon as possible.
The Centre has pointed out that Rajasthan has improved health standards by effective implementation of centrally sponsored health schemes. The state should achieve 100% target in these health-related schemes and programmes and realise its resolve of a healthy and prosperous India. The Centre directed to achieve targets under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Nikshay Mitra Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Janaushadhi Kendra, Ayushman Arogya Mandir, National Sickle Cell Anemia Eradication Programme.

Centre to release data on grants for states: Joshi
Union minister Pralhad Joshi stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to making India a developed country by 2047. He emphasized the importance of government schemes in supporting farmers and ensuring they receive fair prices for their produce. Joshi also highlighted the benefits of Ayushman Bharat and the Mudra scheme for the people. Additionally, he encouraged farmers to consider using organic fertilizers to protect the environment. Joshi mentioned that the Centre will release data on funds allocated to Karnataka and other states in comparison to the previous 10 years under the UPA government.
