‘deceased Duo Were Treated For Depression’ | Jaipur News
Jaipur: After the bodies of a 47-year-old woman and her 20-year-old son were fished out from a lake in Ajmer in the past three days, the district police suspect that the duo was undergoing treatment for depression.
Meena Agarwal’s body was fished out from the lake on Tuesday, while her missing son Anubhav’s body was recovered from the same lake on Thursday.
Talking to TOI, Ajmer’s Gang police station house officer (SHO) Dharamveer Singh said that the prima facie deaths appear to be suicides.
“We spoke to the family of the two deceased. They said that both were undergoing treatment for depression in Jaipur,” Singh said.
He also said that Meena had left her house in Jaipur on March 13. tnn
