Jaipur: “We are shocked that the medical associations are trying to prevent a crucial law which is aimed at actualisation of a critical constitutional right of the people, the right to health, innate in Articles 21 and 47 of the Constitution,” said a joint statement of more than 100 civil society organisations of Rajasthan, disapproving the call given by the medical associations to all the private establishments of Rajasthan to go on strike by closing their hospitals, including emergency services on February 11 to oppose the Right to Health Bill.
