Drugs Controller General Of India: Boy Attacked With Knife Dies In Kota | Jaipur News

Kota: A 16-year-old boy, a student of Class X from Anta town in Baran district, died during treatment at MBS Hospital in Kota early on Sunday.
He was attacked with knife by a youth and his friend three days ago.
The boy was suspected of having an affair with the youth’s sister. He had even presented her a gift after she tied Rakhi on him last month. The police incorporated Section 302 of IPC of murder into already existing case of attempt to murder under Section 307 against accused Farhan and Sahil and detained them for interrogation.
Both are residents of Anta town in Baran district.
Body of the boy identified as Harish Suman (16) of the same town was handed over to family members after postmortem on Sunday morning. “Harish had been attacked with knife by Farhan and his friend Sahil on Thursday night this week while he was strolling on a road near his house in Anta town,” said Mahendra Maru, SHO at Anta police station. Harish was rushed to a local hospital, where doctors, after primary medical care referred him to Kota as he had sustained critical injuries, he further said. tnn

CM blames Centre for delay in Kota airport construction
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot blamed the central government for the delay in the construction of the proposed Kota Greenfield Airport. He accused Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla of not supporting the project due to the fear of credit going to the Congress government. Gehlot urged Birla to make efforts for the airport and stated that his government was committed to its construction. He also mentioned that the inflow of tourists in Kota would be possible only with an airport. The chief minister inspected the airport site and emphasized the need for its development.
