Jaipur: Police here arrested notorious drugs smuggler Kamal Singh alias Kamal Rana from Madhya Pradesh’s Mandsaur on Thursday. Addtional commissioner of police (Crime) Kailash Chandra Bishnoi said that Singh was wanted in a case filed against him at the VKI police station of the city back in 2021. TNN

‘Supplying info to ISI’: Patiala Police arrests soldier, drug smuggler

Drug smuggler who sent swimmers for consignment from Pak arrested
Police in Jalandhar, India have arrested drug trafficker Malkiat Singh Kali, who sent three swimmers to retrieve a 50kg consignment of heroin from Pakistan. The police have seized 31.5kg of heroin so far. This arrest comes less than a month after another drug smuggler, Joga Singh, was arrested for swimming into Pakistan to retrieve heroin. The police are continuing their investigations and are searching for other members of the drug smuggling operation. A new case has been registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
