Jaisalmer: Three people of a family suffered an electric shock in Luna Kalla village located near Sankra in Pokhran area of Jaisalmer district on Friday. A woman died in the incident.
A woman, her daughter-in-law and grand daughter were taken to Pokhran Hospital. The daughter-in-law was declared dead. The other two are undergoing treatment. The deceasedhas three girls.The youngest being only two months old. Deceased Lakshmi was sitting near the fridge in the house of Sawairam barber in Padmaram barbers’ dhani located in Luna Kalla Gram Panchayat of Jaisalmer district. Due to sudden spike in voltage of electricity, there was an electric current in the fridge which engulfed Lakshmi. tnn
