Exploit: Man Hit For Protesting B’day Revelry On Road | Jaipur News
Jaipur: A group of nearly 15 youths were celebrating their friend’s birthday by cutting cake on bikes parked on the road in Mansarovar when they allegedly assaulted a 27-year-old businessman when he asked them to move aside.
According to the FIR, the incident took place shortly after 1.30pm on Tuesday when the complainant was returning home from dinner with his sister and brother.
“My house is on the other end of the road in Mansarovar’s Kiran Path. I asked them to move aside so that I could drive ahead. The youths instead told me that they would not step aside until the cake was cut,” the complainant told TOI.
He said that he again requested the youths after stepping out of the car that he could not go home until the accused clear the road.
According to the FIR registered at the Mansarovar police station on Wednesday, the accused got angry and misbehaved with the complainant.
When the complainant confronted the accused, they assaulted him, causing him injuries. He also said that the accused also attacked his brother when he came to his rescue and robbed his gold chain.
