Farmer Suicides: Raje Attacks Cm Over Farmer Suicides In Raj | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Former chief minister Vasundhara Raje on Tuesday blamed CM Ashok Gehlot for farmer suicides and the increasing drug addiction in Hanumangarh region. In her address at the launch of the fourth phase of BJP’s ‘Parivartan Sankalp Yatra’ in Hanumangarh, Raje said, “PM Narendra Modi is busy doubling the income of farmers, while CM Gehlot is forcing farmers to commit suicide. More than four dozen farmers have committed suicide here so far.” Continuing her attack, she said, “Gehlot made a false promise of a complete waiver of farmers’ loan in the 2018 election. However, they have not waived off the loan of a single farmer. Due to the false promise, the farmers are in distress and many of them have committed suicide.”
