MUMBAI: The government on Tuesday said it will sell up to 7% in Housing & Urban Development Corp (HUDCO) through an offer for sale, with the floor price fixed at Rs 79 per share. At this price — an 11% discount to HUDCO’s closing price — the government is estimated to mobilise about Rs 1,100 crore from the stake sale

The OFS will start on Wednesday, when only non-retail investors would be able to put in their bids. Retail investors will be allowed to bid on Thursday, the last day of the offer, along with other investors who would bid on the first day also.
