Gang Of Robbers Busted In Kota, 3 Pistols Recovered | Jaipur News

Kota: The city police arrested six members of a gang of robbers and recovered three countrymade pistols, three live cartridges and two knives on them. The gang’s kingpin Aman alias Lalla carried a reward of Rs 10,000 on his head while three others also had bounties on their heads.
“The arrests come after four incidents of firings and robberies were recorded in the past 45 days. The gang was arrested by a special team under the supervision of ASP Rajesh Mill from Sultanpur area of the district,” SP (city) Kesar Singh Shekhawat said.
The other five were identified as Sarfaraj alias Bittu, Arman alias Dabbu, Ashique Ahmed alias Mota, Rahim alias Lucky and Lakhan alias Makhan, all aged between 21 and 23 years old, he added.
Initial interrogation revealed the accused were involved in recent incidents of firing to create panic and terrorise rival gang besides robbery of Rs 2.5 lakh from a Mandi trader in Jhalawar, he added.
