Jaipur: Jai Kumar Bohara, the Udaipur boy who scored 100 percentile in the undergraduate (UG) category of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2024), said he had solved 70 mock papers before the entrance examination.
Only one student scored 100 percentile in the UG category of CLAT this year.
Bohara shifted to Jodhpur in June to start preparing for the exam.He said he wanted to take offline coaching as he wanted into his dream college, National Law University (NLU), Bengaluru.
“I took special permission from my school so that I could shift to Jodhpur for coaching classes. I managed the attendance at school by taking classes during festival breaks, and I practised 70 mock papers before the exam. During my preparation I made sure to maintain a stable score in the mock papers, which helped me prepare for either an easy or difficult level of entrance paper,” Bohara told TOI.
Bohara said he was inspired by his parents and grandfather, who also pursued law. “I want to build a career in law related to technology services,” he said. “With the increasing use of artificial intelligence, the space of legal services and technology is also widening,” he said.
