Jaipur: Aggressive marketing techniques will also be used for auction of mineral blocks of the state. Additional chief secretary of mines and petroleum Subodh Agrawal on Thursday said that progressive marketing techniques like the use of social media will be adopted for the auction of mineral plots in the state.
Agarwal said, “It has also been decided to use social media and the latest technology for publicity by incorporating necessary information including plot location, area, zone, deposits and date of auction.”
For this, he said, photographs, video clippings and descriptions of the area will be prepared through drones and publicised through WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, e-mail and other means. TNN
