Here’s why health ministry wants you to use this sticker pack on WhatsApp

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW) is looking for new and innovative methods to encourage citizens to stay at home. In a post on microblogging site Twitter, the health ministry is asking users to share and use WhatsApp stickers with friends and family to encourage them to adopt safe practices.
In its tweet, the ministry says that ‘adopting COVID Appropriate Behaviour can save you from contracting COVID-19.’

The tweet also has a link to a website from where one can download covid-19 related sticker packs for WhatsApp.
Earlier this month, Facebook-owned WhatsApp launched a Covid-19 themed sticker pack for its users. Called ‘Vaccines for All’, the sticker pack is available for download in the instant messaging app.
As per the chat platform, the new stickers have been introduced to offer people “a fun and creative way to connect and privately express the joy, relief, and hope they feel about the possibilities the Covid-19 vaccines offer, and to show their appreciation for the healthcare heroes”.
