Traffic Hit In Several Parts Of City During President’s Visit | Jaipur News

Jaipur: The traffic in several parts of the city moved at a very slow pace on Friday morning following the visit of President Droupadi Murmu to the Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha. Police had placed barricades around the Assembly, causing further disruption to the traffic flow on Jyoti Nagar, Janpath, Ambedkar Circle, and Statue Circle. This impeded the movement of vehicles in those areas.
The traffic on Bharat Jodo Setu was congested bumper-to-bumper, causing snarls on Hawa Sadak near Sodala as well while on Rambagh Circle also traffic was impacted due to the VIP movement during the morning rush hours.
Similarly, commuters were also caught in congestion due to delays on Tonk Road as the traffic slowed down on Shahkar Marg and Jyoti Nagar. People reported encountering significant traffic congestion on JLN Marg in the morning. However, as the day progressed, the situation gradually improved. TNN
