JAIPUR: An 18-year-old girl alleged that a boy in her neighbourhood allegedly raped her in a guest house while his friend and brother recorded a video of her to blackmail her.
The girl filed an FIR on Tuesday at the Chitrakoot police station in which she said that she befriended the accused, a teenager who lived next to her house in the city, on September 7. He asked her to come with him to Kota for a vacation.
Accused duo shot video of the rape: FIR
On September 9, the accused took her to Niwai in Tonk where they stayed in a guest house and also called his brother and a friend.
As per the FIR, the a ccused began molesting the girl and when she resisted, he thre atened her that he had clicked some photos which he would share with her family.
The girl further claimed that she sought the help of the accused’s brother and friend but instead of helping her, the duo threatened her to reveal her videos.
The accused then raped her while the duo shot a video of the act, she alleged. She was then threatened with images and videos and asked to follow their instruction s if she wanted to save her reputation.
The accused since then constantly threatened her with uploading all these videos on social media, she alleged.
The accused were booked under IPC sections 376 (rape), 384 (extortion), and 120B (criminal conspiracy).
