With a mission to promote sustainability, green spaces and spread awareness to save environment, plant swap event was organised in the city. Hosted at the Central Park by Ratika Khandelwal, a content creator and yoga expert, the plant swap event saw city’s plant enthusiasts, and fellow gardeners who gatherws and participates in the unique event on Sunday.

Gardening enthusiasts not only traded plants but also exchanged valuable insights into plant care. Jaipurties from all the parts of the city came with a lot enthusiasm to participate in the event. Yash Bhatiya, boasting over 50 years of gardening expertise, delved into the realm of natural kitchen ingredients for plant care, fertilizers, and pesticides. Shayamal Verma imparted wisdom on crafting Bonsai, covering aspects like shaping the plant and soil mix. Kalpana Biwal emphasized the significance of organic pesticides. Lokesh Ghiya led a demonstration on home composting, elucidating its benefits and advocating for the Bio Enzymes process, including its uses and advantages derived from natural ingredients like flowers, fruits, vegetables peels, jaggery, and water.

Attendees, including Mrigank, Aditya, Aakash, Nikita, Shreya, Ishika, Khush, enjoyed connecting with fellow plant enthusiasts, indulged in games, and participated in fun activities such as stone painting, accompanied by the melodic tunes of Aakash’s slow live music.
