Jobless Youths Protest Over New Recruitments; Govt Issues Ad Later | Jaipur News

Jaipur: The members of the Rajasthan Berojgar Ekikrit Mahasangh on Wednesday gheraoed the office of local self government (LSG) demanding to release the date of physical exam for firemen recruitment test and new recruitments in the department of local bodies (DLB). Later on Wednesday, Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) issued advertisements for recruitment to 118 administrative and technical posts in the LSG department.
The representatives of the sangh met the recruitment in-charge of DLB and gave an ultimatum till September 4 for releasing the date of physical exam for fire 237men recruitment test. RPSC issued advertisements for 41 posts of assistant engineers (civil), 14 posts of revenue officer Grade-II and 63 posts of executive officers Class-IV. Online applications can be submitted by the candidates from August 29 to September 27.
“On the issue of new recruitments, the RPSC has issued an advertisement today (Wednesday). As far as the date of the physical exam for firemen recruitment test is concerned, they have called us again after three days,” said Upen Yadav, president, Rajasthan Berojgar Ekikrit Mahasangh.
“Recruitment in-charge Kavita Choudhary assured us the advertisement will be issued this month. If it is not done by September 4, we will hold a mahapadao on September 5 outside the LSG office’s gate,” he added.
The result of the fireman recruitment exam was released on April 18. The date of the physical exam has not been released by the department yet, Yadav said.
