“The boy had come to visit his uncle’s house in Bhojpura village. He was playing in a field near the house when he slipped deep into the borewell,” said an official, adding that his family members had been searching for him till they realized that he had fallen into the borewell. The family then informed the local police and the district administration. The rescue teams had provided oxygen supply to Akshat through a pipe.
