Jaipur: A 23-year-old man was shot at by goons at Sanchodh Ki Dhani in Basni village under Mundawar police station area of Alwar on Monday evening. The youth sustained a bullet wound on his left shoulder and is undergoing treatment. Basni traders kept their shutters down on Tuesday. As a mark of protest, local traders closed the market at Basni village on Tuesday.
“A car intercepted him and one of the men in the car opened fire with a country-made pistol. After the attack, the assailants fled from the scene,” said an officer of Mundawar police station. “We have registered a case of attempted murder and violation of arms act.” TNN
