Karbala: State Govt Approves Satellite Hosp In Karbala | Jaipur News
Jaipur: The state government on Friday approved two satellite hospitals, four blood banks, three primary health centres (PHCs) and upgrade of 158 sub-health centres into PHC. Health minister Parsadi Lal Meena said that the state government has given approval to upgrade 158 sub-health centres to PHCs in compliance with CM Ashok Gehlot’s Budget announcement for 2023-24.
Along with this, the government has also given its nod to open two satellite hospitals of 50 beds each in Karbala at Jaipur and Chittorgarh.
Besides, four blood banks and new PHC will open. The government has also issued approval for setting up blood banks in sub-district hospitals at Bangu (Chittorgarh), Nohar-Hanumangarh, district hospital Nawalgarh-Jhunjhunu and sub-district hospital Jayal-Nagaur.
The government has approved to open new PHCs in Basai-Rupwas, Ghati Mohalla-Dungarpur and Kachipura-Masalpur and urban primary health centres in Barmer city.
Also, 1,584 posts of doctors and staff have been approved. Approval of 1,584 posts of staff including specialist doctors and 172 posts of machine with man have also been issued by the department for upgraded and newly created medical institutions.
