Kota: Bjp Mla Moves Court Against Congress Leader Randhawa For Comments On Pm | Jaipur News
Kota: BJP state general secretary and MLA from Ramganjmandi in Kota, Madan Dilawar, on Wednesday filed a complaint (istgasa) against state Congress in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa at the court of the additional district judge (ADJ) for remarks against PM Narendra Modi the latter made at a party workers’ meeting in Jaipur in March.
Accusing Randhawa of using “hate speech” directed at the PM, Dilawar moved court after his complaint against Randhawa was not accepted at a Kota police station on March 18. Dilawar’s counsel Manoj Puri said the court fixed May 9 for hearing on the complaint. Dilawar has sought Randhawa’s prosecution for encouraging violence, instigating the PM’s murder, and damaging the nation’s integrity. TNN
