Jaipur: Nearly 20,000 protesters, under the banner Sarpanch Sangh, from across Rajasthan will participate in a ‘Mahapadao’ at Mansarovar in Jaipur city on Friday, demanding removal of Ramesh Chand Meena as rural development and panchayati raj department minister for accusing ‘sarpanches of indulging in corruption in MGNREGA works at the panchayat level’.
The representatives of the sangh met minister of state (MoS) rural development and panchayati raj Rajendra Singh Gudha on Thursday to put forward their demands.
