Jaipur: A father-son duo was assaulted by assailants following a dispute at Madhav Sagar Talab area in Sikar district. The son has lodged an FIR at the Udyog Nagar police station and has sought immediate intervention of police.
According to police, the victim identified as Raman in his FIR stated that around 3pm on Monday, the accused identified as Vinod, Hemant and others came with iron rods and started abusing him. “Later, they damaged Raman’s bike parked at the spot. However, Raman escaped but the assailants chased him,” said police on Tuesday.
Later, when Raman’s father went to the house of one of the assailants, they started beating him up and also brought a sword. “When Raman came to his rescue, the assailants targeted him,” the officer added.
Police have registered a case and have initiated investigations.
