Mansarovar Madhyam Marg: 460 Families Get Notices To Remove Illegal Constructions | Jaipur News
Jaipur: The Jaipur Municipal Corporation-Greater (JMC-G) administration on Wednesday sent notices to over 460 families in Mansarovar Madhyam Marg, asking them to remove illegal constructions within seven days as per the instructions in an order of Rajasthan High Court. The notice has told the families that if the constructions are not removed within seven days, the corporation would take action to remove them.
The high court had instructed JMC Greater to identify illegal constructions, issue notices, take action against them, and submit a compliance report to the court. Officials said the notices were sent as per the HC’s instructions.
Some of the houses for which notices were sent had commercial activities going on from residential property, said officials. The corporation, acting against illegal encroachments, had sealed shops in the area earlier this month.tnn
