Mantralik Ekta Manch: Delegation Of Ministerial Employees Meets Cm | Jaipur News
Jaipur: A delegation of Mantralik Ekta Manch met chief minister Ashok Gehlot at his residence to discuss their issues including considering Grade Pay 4,200, instead of Grade Pay 3,600, as the norm for the second promotion of ministerial employees and other demands. The ministerial employees under the manch have been observing fast since March 16.
“The chief minister asked officials of the CMO and DoP principal secretary Hemant Gera to listen to our demands, come up with a solution and inform him within a couple of days,” said Gajendra Singh Rathore, member core committee, Mantralik Ekta Manch. Other demands of ministerial employees include discussion on the salary cut of junior assistants in October 2017 from Rs 9,840 to 8,080; to increase the strength of junior and senior assistants as a part of cadre review; to have a discussion on deduction in the number of sanctioned posts by 7,000 in 2013; to have a discussion on having five-day week in education and medical education departments. tnn
