Meghwal: Meghwal: Cm Had Promised Jobs For Brothers Of Martyrs | Jaipur News

Kota: Union minister of culture and parliamentary affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal on Sunday claimed that CM Ashok Gehlot had agreed for government jobs to the brothers-in-law of the martyrs’ widows during his visits to their houses after the martyrdom of their husbands.
“Why did CM Ashok Gehlot promise government jobs for the brothers-in-law of the martyrs’ widows when he had visited their homes after the martyrdom of their husbands? He (Gehlot) is not answering this question and instead rambling on the issue. He should speak straight and answer this question,” said Meghwal to media persons at Kota railway station after his arrival in the city on a daylong visit.
On being asked if the demand of the martyrs’ widows for jobs to their brothers-in-law was fair and just, the Union minister said Gehlot must first say why he had made that promise.
Condemning the alleged misbehaviour by police with BJP parliamentarians Kirori Lal Meena and Ranjeeta Koli, Meghwal said the Congress government in Rajasthan has been “visibly divided into two fractions” and has turned oppressive. “The two MPs were mistreated, and it was admitted even by Congress leaders. It is unfortunate, and BJP condemns it,” said Meghwal.
