Munesh Gurjar: Hc To Hear Munesh Gurjar’s Petition Challenging Her Suspension On Oct 6 | Jaipur News

Jaipur: The high court on Wednesday adjourned for October 6 the hearing of suspended JMC-Heritage mayor Munesh Gurjar’s petition challenging her suspension. The court has also sought a reply from the state government on the caveat it has filed against Gurjar’s petition.
The state government suspended Gurjar for a second time on September 22 after the high court stayed the suspension order first issued against her. The government stated this time that Gurjar’s reply to the notice sent to her on August 17 was not satisfactory.
Gurjar on Tuesday moved a petition in the high court challenging her re-suspension. The state government then filed a caveat asking for a hearing of its side before the court took any decision. TNN
