Jaipur: Jaipur police on Tuesday registered a murder case against a 26-year-old man for allegedly killing a 23-year-old woman in the Harmada area the previous day. ACP (Chomu) Kailash Jindal said that acting on the complaint of the victim Joyti’s parents, the police booked Kishan under IPC Section 302 (Murder).
Jindal stated that Kishan is currently receiving treatment in the hospital.
According to police, Kishan and Jyoti were found in a pool of blood at a desolate site near Loha Mandi. They were quickly transported to SMS Hospital, where Jyoti was pronounced dead, while Kishan remains in critical condition.
Police initially suspected that the duo were in some kind of relationship but stated that it could not be corroborated. TNN
