‘nasir, Junaid Killers Harboured In Hry’ | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Even a month after Nasir and Junaid of Ghatmika village in Bharatpur were brutally murdered allegedly by cow vigilantes in Haryana, the Bharatpur police are yet to make further arrests in this case.
Despite the fact that three different teams led by additional SP and deputy SP rank officers are camping in various districts of Haryana for almost a month, they are yet to get a breakthrough.
Senior police officers who are camping and those who are monitoring the investigation on Tuesday stated that all the eight named accused wanted in the case are harboured by the groups that support cow vigilantes in Haryana. None of the eight accused have used mobile phone to call up their family members and did not had a single transaction by ATM or other means to evade arrests, they said.
Nasir and Junaid were kidnapped allegedly by the cow vigilantes of Haryana from jungle area of Piruka under Gopalgarh police station area of Bharatpur on February 15. A day after their charred bodies were found in an SUV near Loharu police station area of Bhiwani district of Haryana. In the DNA reports it was further confirmed that the bodies found in SUV were of them. Police had arrested one person identified as Rinku Saini in this connection and had named eight others for the kidnap and murder. Likewise, besides police had maintained 12 other suspects were behind the whole kidnap and murder. “Given the serverity of the offence, the accused are taking all the precautions needed to evade arrests. .. Families of accused and the suspects claimed that they too have not seen them for a month. We are looking at all possible angles including support to them by friends, families, extended family or other sources,” said Gaurav Srivastava, inspector general of police, Bharatpur Range
Police are surprised that none of the accused are not hardcore criminals or gangsters still they are able to give a slip to the police. “It is hard to believe that they have been able to evade arrests without any support.They all come from very humble background and are not even financially strong,” said Shyam Singh, Superintendent of police, Bharatpur.
