The 24th Helen Keller Awards honored 16 individuals and firms for fostering an inclusive work environment and integrating disabled individuals into the workforce. Awardees include Ummer Farook KK, Dr. Vaibhav Bhandari, Dr. Rajalakshmi SJ, Dr. Rajdeep Manwani, Prateek Madhav, Ashwin Kumar V, Amali Naik, TVS Motor Company, Atypical Advantage, Amar Seva Sangam, Alamba Charitable Trust, NatWest India, Mitti Social Initiatives Foundation, Krishnakant Mane, Sumarty G, Rakhi Pandey. The awards, a collaboration between NCPEDP and LTIMindtree, aim to empower PWDs and create a more inclusive job market. Arman Ali and Debashis Chatterjee highlighted the importance of the Awards in recognizing and promoting inclusivity and empowering disabled individuals in the workplace.
