Jaipur: The NSUI on Thursday took out a protest march from the main gate of RU till Raj Bhavan demanding a ban on ABVP. However, NSUI members were stopped by the police on the way and just a five-member delegation was allowed to meet the governor. NSUI state president Abhishek Chaudhary said, “Not only in Rajasthan but across the country, the workers of ABVP have spoiled the education environment. ABVP activists are involved in incidents like rape, violence against women and murder. Their workers prevent students from studying in the college and even teachers and professors are harassed.” tnn
