NWR: Nwr To Track Train Speed During Fog |

Jaipur: The general manager of north western railway (NWR) during a review meeting on Tuesday instructed officials to monitor the speed of trains during foggy conditions in the region ti ensure safety.
“For safe railway operation in the winter season, special attention should be paid to all level of inspections for safety and to prevent any kind of incidents by observing all the rules in safe railway operation.Instructions were given to pay special attention to speed and monitoring of trains in foggy weather and regular maintenance of signalling system, control panel and block instruments,” said a senior official from NWR.
“North Western Railways is doing excellent work for safety, and for us safety is of paramount importance and for this we have to work as per rules and avoid any human error and also contribute by being alert,” said the general manager, Amitabh, in the meeting.
